Final cancellation terms may vary by property, date and offer. A typical booking may be fully refundable within a stated cooling-off period, partly refundable before a defined cut-off, and non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Any gateway, convenience or third-party charges may be non-refundable.
Guest details are collected only for enquiries, booking verification, service delivery, legal compliance and communication. Production deployment should use encrypted forms, restricted admin access and a clear data retention process.
Bookings remain provisional until availability, pricing and guest details are confirmed on WhatsApp. Guests must follow property rules, occupancy limits, identification requirements, quiet hours and event permissions. Damage, unauthorised visitors or rule violations may result in charges or cancellation.
